Brian has coached players ranked in the top 50 in the world – most notably Gary Muller who reached the a career high world ranking of 42 in singles on the ATP Tour and who was ranked top 10 in the world in doubles. He has also coached 7 national junior singles champions from South Africa.
More recently he has worked with the cream of Australia’s junior tennis talent in New South Wales in his position as a Tennis Australia Talent Development coach.
Honza grew up playing tennis in the town of Kolin (just east of Prague) where his team achieved a lot of success in various junior team competitions. He was part of the winning Kolin District Comp team and was also runner-up in the Kolin District Singles Comp.
Honza graduated from the Charles Stuart University with a Bachelors degree in International Management. Having coached at the Bondi tennis Centre for more than a decade, we are fortunate to have a person of Honza’s calibre and tennis knowledge at our tennis club.
Fernanda Pinheiro (Fe) hails from Brazil and has been living and coaching in Australia for the past 9 years. Fernanda was ranked as one of the top junior girls in Brazil throughout her junior playing career when she competed both nationally and internationally. Before joining the Bondi tennis Centre team, Fernanda coached at various venues throughout Sydney.
She has a very outgoing and bubbly personality and is a total natural with children bringing a high level of energy and intensity to her lessons.
Nick O’Sullivan has coached full time for the last 10 years at various locations, the most notable being Macquarie University working with advanced tournament level students. Nick has a very strong playing and coaching pedigree having played competitive tennis and earning a top ranking in Australia when he played as a junior.
Nick kept up his high level of tennis after having won a gold medal at the University Games during his studies and now regularly competes in Australian Money Tournaments (AMT) where he is nationally ranked.
